40 Glocc Busted for Prostitution Ring in Minnesota

If you thought 40 Glocc's year wasn't grim enough, TMZ's latest finding shows the problematic rapper has more than a medical recovery to deal with these days.

According to their website, 40 was arrested on Feb. 23 after law enforcement learned of him and three others' involvement in a prostitution ring. Reports claim he drove a woman to an undisclosed location so she could perform sexual acts on someone she'd met on Backpage.com. Shortly afterwards, the unidentified female was arrested by the undercover Minnesota cop who contacted them for her services, unbeknownst to 40 and his partner.

Detectives noticed her Bluetooth was in the middle of call during the arraignment and tracked down 40's vehicle some time later, finding his hands covered in blood after he attempted to destroy any evidence of his involvement. The rapper—charged with 2 counts of intentionally promoting the prostitution of an individual and 1 count of inducing an individual to practice prostitution—will face a judge for the case in October.

While out on bail, 40 Glocc was shot twice during the burial of his slain friend in San Bernardino Calif. on June 15. The rapper, known for his infamous feud with The Game five years ago, sustained wounds to his arm and chest, and was said to be in stable condition one day after what many believe to be an attempted murder. A woman who was also in the cemetery was hit by a car around the same time, though there's been no word if the two incidents are connected.
