Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the Club 93-7 studio to claim prize within 14 days (or less) AND Online Contest prize winners will be notified by phone by the Club 93-7 Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. (ALL Prizes are picked up at our studios - NO EXCEPTIONS.) 2. You will have to come to the Club 93-7 offices during normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm) to pick-up your prize. *The Club 93-7 business-promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays. 3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.  5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required). (If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize) 6. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork and verified your identity, you will be given the applicable prize. 7. Your eligibility to win future prizes will depend on the prize. Prizes valued under $50 require a 14 day wait period. Prizes valued from $50 to $499 require a 30 day waiting period. Only one winner per household every 14 days.  - All prizes not claimed within (14) days of the date won will be forfeited, unless winners make arrangements with the promotions department. - If prize is not picked up within (14) days of the date won, you are still considered a contest winner and must adhere to the rules of eligibility. - Once a prize is won on the air, and all the winners information is taken, you are an official winner of Club 93-7 and must abide by all of the official contest rules. - Anyone who wins five hundred ($500) dollars in cash, prizes, or a combination of both, is not eligible to win for 60 days. Winners of one thousand ($1000) dollars or more in cash, prizes, or a combination of both, is not eligible to win again for a period of 120 days. - If you win more than $500 in any year you will be sent an IRS Form 1099 requiring you to pay taxes on your winnings. - All calls on the contest line can be recorded for playback and Club 93-7 assumes no responsibility for winners inability to get through on the contest lines for any reason. - All prizes must be picked up at the Club 93-7 business office during normal business hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday except holidays. (please call ahead for holiday hours and summer hours) - Proper id must be presented when picking up a prize and a standard release form must be signed. - All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. - Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason. - All checks will be available for pick up within fourteen (14) business days or less. - Club 93-7 assumes no responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled, and is not responsible for replacing tickets, prizes already won to the events cancelled. - Winners must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to win. - Club 93-7, Regent Broadcasting, participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station in the Flint or Saginaw metro total survey area, as designated by Arbitron, are not eligible to win. - Club 93-7 assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time.
