A$AP Rocky and Tyler, the Creator have been friends for many years. If you cop the Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends tape, you can hear Rocky spitting bars together on “Telephone Calls.”

According to Genius, Rocky revealed that he and the Odd Future founder have new music in the works. "That’s my brother. Yeah, we had to [compete] because I bring a certain energy out of Tyler," he said. "Tell me if you’ve ever heard Tyler, the Creator rap like that in your life. Wait until you hear new s--- we’ve got coming. We’ve got even more crazier s---. That n---- is just as much blood to me as most of my A$AP n----s. That’s my bro. I wish I knew that n---- my whole life."

"We play 'Telephone Calls' and he was like, 'What’s that?!' He’s a big kid, bro. He’s like a nerdy big kid," he continued. "This n----’s on the Segway playing it over and over and over. We went across the street to the studio. He bodybagged that s---, n----! For me, that was the point of that song - to show n----s who Tyler is."

Rocky and Tyler have collaborated before. Earlier this year, the dynamic duo spit bars together on “What the F--- Right Now,” a remix of Kanye West‘s “Freestyle 4,” which went viral on the internet.

In the meantime, Check out Cozy Tapes, which boasts guest appearances from the A$AP Mob crew, Lil Yachty, Juicy J, Wiz Khalifa, Onyx, Skepta and others.
