It's no secret that Action Bronson is a connoisseur of life's more dignified pleasures. That's why Vice's Munchies channel sent the chef turned rapper to taste the pressed duck or canard à la presse with world renowned chef Daniel Boulud and the experience had a profound effect on Bronson.

The dish, which Boulud said isn't on his menu but can be made available upon special order or for special guests, takes about five days to prepare and is finished table-side in a silver duck press. The sauce created by the press is then mixed with wine and cognac to create a dish Bronson said is now on his bucket list twice.

The culinary-minded rapper is his usual linguistic self in the above video, describing the many dishes sampled with a mixture of bliss and vulgarity. Before sitting down to try the pressed duck, Bronson greets the kitchen staff, recounting the time he did mushrooms on Christmas Day - "I was intertwined with my lady for like eight straight hours." Then, he and Boulud prepared the duck by marinating it in a vacuum sealed bag with a mixture of liquors. At their dining table, Boulud popped a bottle of 1983 Guigal Cote Rotie, remarking to Bronson that it was bottled the same year he was born.

Needless to say, the meal was nothing short of sublime for Bronson, who described the experience as "the perfect way to kick off this year." He later went on to say, "I've never had anything that tasted like this in my life," and "With these dishes that I just ate, I'm gonna write five albums." Watch the video above, which does not appear to be a part of Bronson's own show through Vice "Fuck That's Delicious," but rather a stand-alone correspondence piece.
