If the Simpsons x Family Guy mash up episode wasn't enough for you adidas Originals has decided to go full on meta with their latest collaboration. In a stroke of pure poetic justice, Stan Smith of 'American Dad' fame is getting his own colorway of the adidas Originals Stan Smith shoe.

The resulting colorway of the adidas Originals Stan Smith 'Stan Smith' isn't as zany as the show is and it almost feels traditional with a white leather upper and green accents on the heel and tongue. Stan's face finds it's way to the logo box on the sneaker's tongue. There's also an insole that bursts with color as a red, white and blue backdrop frames an image of Stan decked out in some fresh adidas gear.

If you are a fan of the Fox animated show or just want a unique spin on an iconic shoe you can look for these to hit retailers on Oct. 18 to the cool tune of $140.
