AMBER Alert Issued For 3-Year-Old Boy From Alpena Township [Photo]

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old boy from Alpena Township.

An AMBER alert has been issued for Keegan Waterman who is described to be 4’3’’ with brown eyes and black hair. The 3-year old boy was last seen at 2660 East Grant Street in Alpena Township. He was last seen wearing a diaper and a pair of sandals. Keegan may have been abducted by his mother.

The boy's mother (Keegan Waterman) is suspected of taking him to Tennessee in a tan 2000 Chevrolet Tahole. The truck has a Tennessee license plate U4758V.
