Americans Take 80 Percent Of The Worlds Pain Pills

In America we love freedom, apple pie and pain pills according to a recent study.

The findings show that Americans take 80% of the worlds supply of pain killers, with the number expected to rise next year.

Now before you start the argument that we have more people, wait till you hear how it all breaks down on a "per person" status.

Americans take more than 110 tons of pure, addictive opiates every year.  That's enough drugs to give every single person in the country 64 Percocets or Vicodin.

That's insane when it's broken down like that!

And that number is expected to increase as pain pill prescriptions continue to surge, up 600 percent in ten years.
