Anthony Dirrell Injured In Flint Motorcycle Crash, Expected To Fully Recover

When news broke that Flint's Anthony Dirrell had been involved in a motorcycle accident in Flint on Friday night, fans feared the worst.

Less than six months away from a WBC title bout Dirrell almost lost all of it, but new reports say that he is expected to make a full recovery.

After overcoming a battle with Cancer Dirrell's long awaited WBC title match has been put on hold due to the accident.

There is no word on a new fight date, but the good news is that Dirrell should be back to 100% in six months.

He is recovering from surgeries to repair both a broken arm and broken leg.  Everyone here at Club 93.7 will be pulling for Anthony, and hope to see him holding the championship belt over his head soon!
