Anthony Dirrell stopped by Club 93.7 to talk about his fight in Flint this Friday, and what are in the works next.

Dirrell is set to square up against Denis Douglin on Friday November 17th, at the Dort Federal Event Center. The doors open at 7pm, and the undercard is full with 11 fights, including the pro debut for Dirrell's cousin.

What stands out about this fight is how it is tailored towards Flint. Ticket prices have been kept low, and there are many local fighters on the card. This was an intentional move by Dirrell, and the promotion team.

As for the fight, Anthony is confident in how it will end. I asked him about any concerns he may have about the upcoming fight and his response is fairly telling.

I don't have a concern. I'm in shape, I'm ready and nothing he (Douglin) can do can put him in a winners seat.

While Dirrell wouldn't go into exactly when or how the fight would end, he is confident that he will walk out of the ring with another W.

Tickets for the fight on Friday are available on Ticketmaster, or you can grab tickets at the Dort Federal Event Center box office. This is going to be a great night for Flint, and one that you won't want to miss.

You can hear the entire interview with Dirrell below.
