Austin Hatch Sinks His First Point For Michigan After Surviving Two Plane Crashes [Video]

The story of Austin Hatch is the definition of perseverance, and he proved that again Monday as he scored his first point as a Wolverine.

If you're not familiar with Austin's story, get some tissue, because it's a bit of a tearjerker.

Austin survived a plane crash in 2003, but lost his mom and two siblings in the crash.  Austin was in another plane crash in 2011 that killed his dad, and left him in an 8 month coma.

The fact that Austin was able to come back physically is amazing, but to actually be able to recover mentally is unbelievable.
