B.o.B Goes Platinum With ‘Strange Clouds’ And Pushes Album Back
B.o.B recently delivered some good news and bad news to his fans about his next music project. First the good news: his latest single ‘Strange Clouds’ is officially platinum. According to his blog, the single, which features Lil Wayne, has shipped over 1 million copies in the United States.
Now for the bad news.
B.o.B’s album ‘Strange Clouds’ has been pushed back from its original March 13 in-store date to May 1st. He let his fans know over Twitter.
Meanwhile, B.o.B teamed up with country starlet Faith Hill for a lively rendition of ‘Son of a Preacher Man.’ This unlikely pairing was the idea of John Legend who is producing an untitled music show for cable network Showtime, according to Deadline.
Legend’s music show is getting a first-look consideration at Showtime, so, hopefully, B.o.B and Faith Hill’s performance will eventually air on the network.
