Beecher Scholarship Incentive Program Fundraiser ‘A Night In Harlem’

Beecher Scholarship Incentive Program (BSIP) Fundraiser 'A Night In Harlem' will take place this Friday, February 22nd, 2013.  BSIP is a program to help assist area students with academic success and furthering their hopes of higher education.  BSIP is asking you for your help by attending this fundraising event.

BSIP's 'A Night In Harlem' will take place at the Greater Flint's Art Council on Friday at 8pm.  Recreating the spirit of the 1920s Harlem Renaissance, the event will showcase some of Genesee County's best poets, painters, and live bands.  Along with entertainment, a live silent auction will take place for artwork and complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for our young people to see the community rally around them in a positive.  Helping securing a young person's future is great and can be accomplished with everyone chipping in.  The BSIP program is only asking for $25 for your ticket but if are not able to afford that donation, any size will be accepted to go towards the program.  For more information please contact BSIP at 810-591-9264
