Beyonce defied doctors orders and took the stage at Belgium's Sportpaleis venue a day after she canceled a show in the same country because of exhaustion and dehydration. During the concert, she gave an emotional thank you to her supporters for their ongoing loyalty.

A video recorded by a concert-goer shows Bey wiping tears from her eyes with a white cloth and throwing it into the audience to screaming fans.

As the music to her song 'Flaws and All' begins playing, the singer continues to show emotion as she thanks her "Beyhive" -- the name for her dedicated fans.

"I just have to say, I feel so good to be on the stage," she says. "I have the best fans in the world. Now my doctors told me not to perform. But there was no way in the world. I just have to say, that y'all give me so much inspiration. And I just want to thank you guys. This song is for all of the Beyhive. I love y'all."

The former Destiny's Child frontwoman has been apologetic about canceling her show in Antwerp on Tuesday (May 14), writing a letter to fans explaining that she had no intentions of letting them down.

We hope Bey fully recovers soon as she has plenty of fans around the world who want to see her onstage for the rest of the Mrs. Carter Show World tour.
