The Beyonce pregnancy rumors have started up again after she posted this picture to her Instagram page.

Beyonce is buried in the sand, and sporting a big sandy baby bump.  So that can only mean one thing . . .

SHE'S PREGNANT WITH TRIPLETS!!!

If you can't tell there is a good amount of sarcasm in that all caps sentence above.  The photo was posted without a caption, making it all the more mysterious.

There have been rumors about Bey getting pregnant again for the last year, but still nothing has been confirmed.
