If you watched Beyonce's sizzling Super Bowl performance, you were probably amazed at how slim she looked shaking that bodacious body of hers. The R&B diva reveals how she lost the baby weight she put on during her pregnancy with baby Blue Ivy in the new issue of Shape magazine.

"I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again," she said in the minute-and-a-half video -- the visual has since been taken off the Internet. "I'm not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape."

Beyonce credits her exercise regime, which includes cardio and lunges, and her dance workout, with helping her lose the weight. Also, a healthy diet of veggies and lean meat -- no carbs -- helps maintain her girlish figure.

The 31-year-old singer also stresses that the key to losing the unwanted pounds is knowing what works best for your body. "Not everyone is supposed to be the same," she explains. "Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you, you."

You can watch Beyonce's svelte body onstage when she embarks on her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, which kicks off in America on June 28 in Los Angeles.
