Big Boi fans, get ready. Last month, the legendary hip-hop artist dropped his third solo album, Boomiverse, and now he's headed to a city near you in September to perform the LP live.

The refreshing hip-hop project has received rave reviews since its debut on June 16, and fans will get to see him perform all of their favorites from the album starting Sept. 2 as Big Boi kicks off his Daddy Fat Saxxx Tour in Chicago at the the North Coast Music Festival. Other cities on the tour include New York, Boston, and Nashville, where he'll conclude the first leg of the tour on Sept. 24.

The second leg of the Daddy Fat Saxxx Tour is currently in the works, appropriately titled Sack 2. This half will include music from the second edition of the Boomiverse album, which may drop before the year's end. "It’s coming in two waves," Big Boi told XXL in reference to the double album. "They have to work for that second part. I’m going to give them 12 songs then probably this time next year or it depends how I’m flowing this summer into Christmas, fans may get an early Christmas gift."

In promotion of Boomiverse, Big Boi has dropped three wildly creative visuals, including his latest for "Chocolate," released last Friday (Aug. 4). The other two videos from the project are "Mic Jack" and "Kill Jill," which feature Maroon 5's Adam Levine, Killer Mike and Young Jeezy, respectively.
