Body Found Behind Burton Apartment Complex [Video]

Police are investigating a body that was found behind an apartment complex in a drainage ditch.

The body of a 48-year-old man was discovered behind Green Pines Acres apartment complex on the corner of Atherton and Center Road on Wednesday. The body was partly submerged, but according to police it does appear that his whole body was completely underwater. According to authorities their were no visible injuries on the man, and the body had been in the ditch for a day or two. An autopsy has been scheduled for today.
