Boosie Badazz’s brother, Taquari Hatch, won’t face prosecution for allegedly stealing over $300,000 from the rapper’s bank account.

As we previously reported, the fraud department at Capital One bank discovered a scheme where his Boosie’s brother was allegedly making illegal wire transfers while pretending to be the Louisiana rapper. All together, Taquari siphoned $361,000 from Boosie’s account.

The police reportedly caught Taquari redhanded, but the district attorney overlooking the case has refused to file criminal charges against him, reports TMZ. Since his arrest in July, Taquari has maintain his innocence.

“There’s no peace of mind like knowing that you’re innocent. Like, you can’t buy that, can’t nobody hook you up with that,” he said in the clip below. “Your influence can’t get you that. Knowing that you’re innocent is peace of mind that’s priceless, and that’s what I got in this situation.”

It appears the D.A. felt there wasn't enough evidence to strongly convict Taquari. Reps for Boosie Badazz had no comment on the matter.
