Bryson Tiller went from working part-time jobs at UPS and Papa John's to becoming one of the hottest artists in the game. Tiller's Trapsoul album has been a mainstay on the Billboard chart, and the numbers are no fluke--Tiller has been selling out venues all across the country. Tiller's label, RCA, has expertly marketed the budding superstar and is making the singer look smart for turning down Drake and OVO to sign his current deal.

"It felt like fate that I was supposed to sign with OVO," he told Hot 97. "I remember a few days before I signed [to RCA], 40 had called me and was like, 'Yo man, this is actually a great deal. I haven't seen a deal like this in a long time.' He thought that I should take it."

The "Don't" singer then said that there are no hard feelings between him and Drake and that Drizzy had invited him out to the club shortly after he signed his deal.

Throughout the rest of the interview, Tiller explained his fashion choices, what it's like being a single dad and being embraced by the likes of Rihanna and Justin Bieber.

In an interview with XXL, Tiller explained how his uncle got him into music and encouraged him to write and make music.“He used to play those super R&B groups from the ‘90s,” said Tiller. “Then he played me Omarion’s [O] album and that’s when I said I want to sing. I started writing songs. They were terrible but I just kept writing.”

Tiller is in the middle of a 34-city tour that runs through March. Check out the dates below.
