Can You Name That Celebrity? – Instagram Picture of the Week [January 15th]

Insagram[/caption]We're back this week with another moment of 'Can You Name That Celebrity,' Instagram picture of the week.  Each week, I search for a appealing image of an celebrity and see if you can guess who they are if the celeb's face is removed.  This week, I think will be harder than normal. 

It is extremely hard for me to give you hints about this particular celebrity.  All that I know is that she's known for being on a reality show.  I don't think she has talent but I could be wrong.  Despite her lack luster level of notoriety, she posts good pictures on Instagram.
