Cardi B has reportedly beefed up security for her upcoming event in Los Angeles. This after she posted a photo on her Instagram account that pissed off gang members.

According to TMZ, the Bronx rapper booked three nightclub gigs in L.A. during NBA All-Star Weekend. The club owners are now worried about safety after Cardi B purportedly dissed the Crips gang.

On Monday (Feb. 5), the “Bodak Yellow” rapper posted a photo of herself in a blue fur coat. “I hate wearing Flue but this coat was too poppin,” she captioned it.  “Flue” which is a replacement for "blue"—a term often used by Bloods.

Since then, Cardi deleted the caption and disabled comments on the photo after receiving gang threats.

The three L.A. clubs— Murano, Penthouse and Ace of Diamonds— are reportedly tripling the number of armed security guards they'd normally hire for the NBA All-Star Weekend. They've also added off-duty cops as well to make sure nothing pops off.

Cardi's is reportedly getting paid $250,000 for the three-night gigs and has no plans to cancel the shows. Nevertheless, club owners are taking precautions and want to make sure that both the entertainment and the patrons are safe.
