Chance The Rapper's stock continues to rise. Fresh off an incredible Magnificent Coloring Day concert, it's been announced that Chano will be performing at the White House over Christmas.

The 23-year-old artist will headline the White House's annual National Christmas Tree Lighting concert on Dec. 1 alongside Kelly Clarkson and Yolanda Williams. If you want to attend the show, you'll have to enter the lottery, which begins at 10 a.m. EST on Oct. 7 and runs through 10 a.m. EST on Oct. 10.

Chano first met Obama through the MC's father, who formerly served as White House deputy assistant and deputy director of presidential personnel. This past April, Chance met with Obama alongside J. Cole, Nicki Minaj, Common, Ludacris, Wale and more to discuss criminal justice reform and the My Brother's Keeper initiative. His dad, Ken Bennett, has also served as Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's deputy chief of staff and the director of the Mayor's Office of Public Engagement since 2014.

In an interview with GQ, Chance described a one-on-one conversation he had with the president during the April visit. Chance tells the publication, “At the end, everybody takes a group photo, and he’s signing stuff. And he keeps pushing me to the back, and I’m like, ‘I don’t understand why he won’t sign my shit. And he makes me wait till the end, and then he brings me up to his office, and we had a really good conversation about what I was working on. He told me I needed to start selling my music. He’s a good man. Even if he wasn’t president, if his ass worked at, like, Red Lobster, he’d be just a good man working at Red Lobster.”

In that same interview, the #10Day rapper also mentioned how Malia Obama listens to his music. “Malia listens to Coloring Book,” Chance says. “And I send them stuff sometimes. I haven’t seen Malia since I was a kid. I think they were both in school the day that I went up there recently, but Barack was talking about it. Or, uh, President Obama was talking about it.”
