It looks like Chris Brown may find himself back in a courtroom real soon. Reports are now surfacing that Nia Guzman, the mother of the singer’s baby Royalty, wants a raise in child support.

According to TMZ, Guzman claims that Brown is a deadbeat dad who stopped paying the $2,500 per month support after she asked him for more money back in March. Guzman’s attorney, Carl Moore, reportedly will be filing legal papers in a couple of weeks for back child support and to boost the monthly support payments up to $15,000.

An insider told TMZ that Breezy thinks the payment is too high and that Guzman is treating the baby like she a winning lottery ticket.

Attorneys for both Guzman and Brown had no comment on the matter.

Hopefully, Brown can come to an amicable solution in his child support case without it getting real messy. Judging by the recent videos, it seems that the “New Flame” singer is enjoying fatherhood, so we know he wants the best for Royalty.
