Chris Brown Gets Some Intresting New Ink [Pic]

Chris Brown is known for many different reason's, but one for sure is his tattoos. Breezy has his entire chest and arms covered and now he's working on his neck and back. I'm a huge fan of tatt's and I have a lot of them, but I don't understand the meaning of his newest one? It's a smiley face that looks skeletal...anyone?
