Chris Brown finally responded to a $1,000,000 boxing challenge to take on Drake and he said he's down!

When the paparazzi approached Chris, he admitted he was interested in accepting the offer.

Boxing promoter Damon Feldman and wealthy entrepreneur Alki David say they will pay the winner of the fight $9 million, and the loser, a cool $1 million.

So far there hasn't been a direct response from Drake, but my guess is that he'll pour himself a nice warm bubble bath and think it over.
