It may be safe to assume that Tinashe and Chris Brown aren't on good terms any more. The "2 On" singer sat down with 106KMEL’s Shay Diddy recently and offered comment on the observation some made that she, along with other female musicians, unfollowed Chris Brown on Twitter after he made some less than sympathetic remarks with regards to Kehlani's attempted suicide and rumored infidelity.

Never one to bite his tongue, Brown commented on the unfollows, writing on Instagram "Notice that I’m not the one asking to get on anyone’s record, this is them thinking they are standing up for something.” In the interview, Tinashe brushed off the remarks, saying, "I felt like it was just so unnecessary. It’s not a big deal to me. I don’t think that follows on Twitter are a big deal. If I see him, I would love to speak to him. I would love if he would reach out. I have absolutely nothing against him. We’re on good terms, as far as I knew.”

But now, with CB clapping back, those terms may have soured. As Baller Alert captured in the above Instagram post, Brown isn't treating this back-and-forth as casually, writing, "I hope she talked about “HER” career for most of this interview “WHOISHAE” TINASHAE. I hope they rehearsing for those performance( power 106 charity basketball game halftime show) give her credit though, 30 16 year old hobbit face ass. WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC, WE WANT MUSIC!! TEACH ME HOW TO JERK FACE ASS."

Tinashe and Brown collaborated on the 2015 single "Player" off Tinahe's yet to be released Joyride album. Whether the song still makes the tracklist is yet to be determined, but with Brown's insults above it wouldn't be all that surprising if Tinashe further distances herself from the singer.
