It appears that Ciara and Future’s legal battle is far from over. Last month, the Atlanta rapper-producer dropped his lawsuit against Ci-Ci after winning joint custody of his two-year-old son, Future Jr. But now Ciara has filed a motion saying that she’s worried about the safety of her fiancé, Russell Wilson.

According to TMZ, Ciara filed a motion in her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future claiming that the Freebandz leader has threatened to murder Wilson. The 30-year-old singer cited a post that Future allegedly made which featured guns pointing at football emojis. For those who don't know, Wilson is a Super Bowl-winning quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks.

Ciara also noted a song from Future called “Juice,” where raps, “Tryna f--- my baby mama, dog what’s up with you? / You gonna me me get that heat, I’m pullin’ up on you.”

Ciara believes that Future’s conduct on Twitter is “socially irresponsible” and “frightening” especially since there have been several incidents of gun violence via social media. These legal docs add to the R&B mom's ongoing defamation lawsuit in which she alleges that Future constantly trashes her on Twitter with incendiary tweets.

It's hard to imagine that Future would want to hurt anybody at this point. With a very successful rap career, it would be insane for him to jeopardize all of it with a homicide.

Either way, we hope that Ciara and Future can work things out for the sake of their kid.
