More than 10 years after teaming up for "Lose Control," Missy Elliott, Fatman Scoop and Ciara are linking up once again, this time for the remix to Ciara's "Level Up."

The remix keeps the original's frantic beat, which samples DJ Telly Tellz' "Fuck It Up Challenge," but adds Fatman Scoop's signature ad-libs throughout the track. Missy also appears halfway through the song, rapping, "I feel good and fly today/And I ain't worried about shit, no way/I level up, get money and double up/Now y'all can't sit with us/Y'all gossip folks, y'all jealous."

It's been 13 years since Missy Elliott dropped a solo album, but the Virginia rapper has slowly been getting back into music, dropping the Pharrell-assisted single "WTF (Where They From)" in 2015 and "I'm Better" in 2017. Missy also teamed up with Busta Rhymes and Kelly Rowland earlier this year for "Get It."

In related news, Ciara ran into legal drama with ex-fiance Future in April. According to court documents, the singer alleged that Future had skipped 37 percent of the scheduled visits with their son. Ciara also claimed that when their child did go to spend time with Future, he would end up spending most of his time with his paternal grandmother or great-grandmother.

Fans also assumed Future was being petty earlier this month when he dropped BeastMode 2 on July 6—the same day as Ciara and NFL star Russell Wilson's wedding anniversary. While it may have seemed planned, sources say the Atlanta rapper moved the project's release date up so it wouldn't be too close to the release of Drake's Scorpion.
