New York City is a place where anything can happen, including a crutch fight between a tourist and a bum where even the police stand and watch.

Outside of the fact that two grown men are fighting with crutches in the middle of the street this is probably a normal day for most people.

The use of a street barricade might have been a bit over the top, but I give the old man an A for effort.
