Fresh off their recent Best Rap Album Grammy nomination, De La Soul delivers a touching video for their latest single, “Memory Of … (US)” from their crowd-funding album, And the Anonymous Nobody.

In the clip, the song’s producer Pete Rock appears as the narrator of this Masterpiece Theater-inspired storyline of a bride, played by Estelle, who is not sure if she’s ready to marry her husband-to-be. The singer leaves the ceremony and hitches ride with Maseo in the driver’s seat. As she contemplates on becoming a bride, both Posdnous‎ and Dave rap nostalgic rhymes about regret and reconciliation. In the end, it all works out.

De La Soul had a phenomenal 2016. Along with the Grammy nomination, their album, And the Anonymous Nobody, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Rap Albums chart. In the meantime, you can watch De La Soul's documentary here.
