It looks like Desiigner's pockets could take a serious hit pretty soon. According to the folks at TMZ, one rental car company is alleging that the "Timmy Turner" performer crashed their $220,000 Ferrari in New Jersey back in June. Apparently they're now suing him for $500,000. Yikes.

According to documents secured by TMZ's sources, Desiigner wasn't even supposed to be driving the whip in the first place, as it was rented by two of his friends, who are also named in the lawsuit. The rental car company is suing Desiigner and friends an extra $280,000 because they claim they're going to lose out on future rental money at a rate TMZ says will be $1,599 per day.

Among the other documents is a tweet where Desiigner allegedly says, "If you have a luxury car you better know how to drive." Although the rental company wants to use the tweet as evidence of a confession from Desiigner, the account has not been found to be related to the "Panda" rapper. Desiigner's rep says he hasn't heard about the allegations.

"This is the first that Desiigner or his team have heard about this lawsuit," the rep says. "The minute he has had a chance to consult with his attorney, his managers or his attorney will respond."

Not too much else has been said about these charges, but we're sure we'll learn more in the near future. In the meantime, check out Desiigner's solid Temptations cover here.
