Detroit Lions Fans Pay More For Beer Than Any Other NFL Fan

Lions fans are notorious for tailgating in downtown Detroit in the freezing cold weather, and now we know why.  Ford Field has the highest beer price per ounce in the entire NFL according to a new study.

Beer at Ford Field costs 67 cents per ounce, which is the most in the league.  The Dallas Cowboys come in second at AT&T Stadium with 53 cents per ounce.  The cheapest prices are in the south where the Carolina Panthers fans pay just 27cents per ounce.

Combine the high beer prices with the years of losing records, and it should be no surprise that Detroit is a dangerous city!
