The Detroit Lions have made it official that Jim Schwartz will no longer be the head coach according to ESPN.

After Schwartz told ownership that he would like to stay on board as the Lions head coach, they decided to let him go anyway.

Schwartz compiled a record of 29-50 in Detroit which was less than satisfactory considering the talent on the team.

The question, as it always is for Lions fans, is now what?  Who will be the new head coach, and what personnel changes should he make, if any?
