Detroit Man Finally Ordered to Pay Child Support for Kid That is Not His

Remember Carnell Alexander? He's the Detroit man that has been fighting to clear his name in a child support case. He was accused of not paying child support but the kid was not his. 

A Detroit judge has sentenced Alexander to pay $30k for child support for a kid that is not his. The mother of the child lied to the State of Michigan to receive assistance. She has later admitted to lying.  Even a paternity test and other evidence to support Carnell did not help sway a judge set out to be unfair.

Carnell is still fighting the case and plans to make several motions.
