Detroit Pistons Select UConn Star Andre Drummond In NBA Draft [Video]

The Detroit Pistons did very well in last nights NBA Draft selecting UConn stand out Andre Drummond with the ninth overall pick.

The Pistons also feel very good about the two picks they made in the second round.  Andre even took a second to call the Pistons draft party to talk to the fans.

In the second round, Detroit took Texas A&M forward Khris Middleton and Missouri guard Kim English.  Both could be useful pieces to the rebuilding process that the Pistons are in right now.

The center point of that process though is Drummond, who's 7-foot frame will fit nicely next to Greg Monroe in the paint for the Pistons.
