DMX just can't seem to catch a break. The veteran rapper is reportedly going back to jail "for failing to comply with conditions of his bail."

According to TMZ, X was taken into custody on Tuesday (Jan. 30) after failing drug tests—a violation of his probation in his tax evasion case. The rapper, who tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone, was ruled a flight risk by the judge.

Last week, DMX was spotted at a St. Louis airport bar buying shots and preaching for customers. In a clip captured at the bar, the rapper can be seen discussing how meaningful his relationship with God is and tries to encourage others to believe in his words.

U.S. Attorney spokesperson Nicholas Biase says prosecutors referenced the recent video and said something appeared to be off with the rapper. Drinking is also a probation violation for the rapper who is supposed be rehabbing.

"I'm saddened and disappointed. We'll have to deal with it accordingly," said DMX's lawyer, Maury Richman, adding that he'll try to get the rapper back into a rehab program. X is set to be sentenced in March.

In November, the veteran MC pleaded guilty to tax evasion, admitting that he engaged in a "multi-year scheme to conceal millions of dollars" from the IRS. The rapper is now facing a maximum of five years in prison and most pay restitution to the IRS.
