More people need to speak up about animal abuse. This dog's suffering could of ended years ago if someone would of just reported this abuse.

A man's best friend isn't always treated as such, and this is a great example of animal abuse that happens every day all across the world. I don't understand how someone can treat an animal like this. If you know you can't take care of an animal, don't get one. Happy to see this dog ended up in the right hands. Take a stand against animal abuse and REPORT the owners. It takes one phone call to make a difference.
