Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha will be signing copies of her new book in Flint today.

Dr. Mona is credited with being one of the main people in exposing the Flint Water Crisis. She was key in proving the blood lead levels in Flint children were on the rise. She has also been a major voice in the recovery efforts for Flint.

She appeared on CBS This Morning on Wednesday to talk about her new book, "What the Eyes Don't See: A Story of Crisis, Resistance and Hope in an American City."

One of the most interesting questions in the interview was when Dr. Mona was asked if she would drink the water in Flint now.  She responded, "Knowing the federal standards, she would not drink unfiltered water anywhere in America."

Dr. Mona will be signing copies of her new book at The Flint Public Library tonight (June 21st) from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The public is welcome, and encouraged to come learn more about the recovery efforts in Flint.
