Drake is celebrating his 25th birthday by leaking a new song 'The Real Her' featuring Lil Wayne.

He also released the video trailer for his second album, 'Take Care'.

After pushing the albums release date back, Drake has been on a promotional terror.  Appearing on Saturday Night Live, doing a couple of college shows and blowing up Twitter.
