Drake, Nicki Minaj and The Weeknd might be receiving some more accolades. Those three artists along with other notable hip-hop and R&B acts such as Beyoncé, Iggy Azalea, Flo Rida and Jason Derulo were announced as nominees for the 2016 Teen Choice Awards.

The R&B/Hip-Hop Artist category houses the aforementioned names with Drake, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Beyoncé, Iggy Azalea and Jason Derulo all nominated for the award. Outside of that category, the hip-hop involvement is pretty light. Drake is up for Choice Male Artist while Flo Rida's hit single "My House" is a nominee for Choice Song: Male Artist.

A Teen Choice Award would only add to the growing list of trophies many of these artists have. Drake just took home the award for Top Rap Artist at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards while Nicki Minaj won the honor of Favorite Hip-Hop Artist at the 2016 People's Choice Awards.

Voting for the 2016 Teen Choice Awards is now open at TeenChoice.com. It will conclude on June 26, so make sure to vote for your favorite while you can. Check out the full list of hip-hop related nominees below.
