It turns out Drake has a heart of gold. Less than a month after his house was apparently burglarized for $10 worth of beverages, Drizzy’s made it clear he’s completely against suing the 24-year-old who burglarized his home.

According to TMZ, Drizzy’s lawyer has told the L.A. County D.A. he doesn’t plan to cooperate in the prosecution against the woman who managed to find her way into his Hidden Hills mansion and drink his Pepsi, Fiji Water and Sprite once she was inside. She also rocked one of his hoodies.

Apparently the Toronto superstar, whose latest album More Life recently broke a streaming record on Spotify, believes the woman has mental issues, so it’d be cruel to send her away to prison—especially when no one was injured and nothing of much substance was taken from his crib.

Drake’s taking the high road, and with all of the success he’s enjoyed, you can’t blame him for not being worried about this particular incident On the other hand, he did, apparently, run into some less-than-satisfactory happenings at the 2017 Coachella.

While attending the music festival this past weekend, Drizzy accused The Madison Club–a country club located just a few miles from the site of Coachella–of racial profiling. In a now-deleted Instagram post featuring an image of the club’s logo, Drizzy wrote, “The most offensive place I have ever stayed at in my life with staff who pick and choose who they are going to accommodate based on racial profiling 🙌🏽 #Coachella.”
