After aiming bars at Kid Cudi on "Two Birds One Stone," Drake has been criticized for his decision to thrash the Man on the Moon rapper for his mental issues.

"You were the Man on the Moon, now you go through your phases / Life of the angry and famous / Rap like I know I’m the greatest and give you the tropical flavors / Still never been on hiatus / You stay xan and perked up so when reality set in you don’t gotta face it," Drake menacingly raps on the track.

After a horde of Cudi fans expressed their displeasure with Drake's lyrics pertaining to their hero, he finally chimed in and brazenly stood by his bars. "Mans need to stop mentioning my name when they get geeked," he wrote. "Supposed to be all love out here word to my bro Pablo," he wrote on Instagram.

Granted, Cudi was the one who threw the first stone at Drake, when he tweeted last month that "Everyone thinks they're soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them." He had no shame in mentioning Drake and his former mentor Kanye West in his series of scathing tweets. "My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever. These niggas dont give a fuck about me. And they aint fuckin with me."

Earlier this month, Cudi went to rehab after revealing that he was deeply struggling with himself mentally. So because of that, many considered that to be a low-blow from Drake, especially since Cudi isn't here to defend himself now. Do you guys think Drake went too far?
