One of the standout tracks on Drake’s Views album is “Hype,” a blistering call to arms for anyone who chose to stand in his way of success. On Saturday (May 22), Drizzy premiered the remix to the song on his OVO Sound Radio program.

The 6 God tapped his longtime mentor Lil Wayne to do the honors of spitting some bars for the remix. Weezy doesn’t disappoint as he spits a wild verse where he name drops Prince, his ex-girlfriend Christina Milian and Golden State Warriors b-baller Steph Curry.

"I pull up on you in that purple thing bumpin' Purple Rain / Singing "Purple Rain" sippin' purple rain / Pourin' champagne off commercial fame," Tunechi spits, adding, "It's my world, it's Wayne's world / It's a different world, it's Dewayne Wayne, oh Lord."

Near the end of his verse, Wayne gets a little bizarre rapping, "Pull up on you like Steph Curry / With my foot up on you like F worries / Been outchea since Keith Murray...they got me with pink urine / So you know I don't have the energy."

Either way, believe the "Hype" for this track. There's no official word if Drake plans to release a full remix. It's good to see that Drake is still down with Young Money although the label's future is uncertain.
