Draymond Green Arrested In East Lansing For Alleged Assault

Details are very sketchy, but multiple sources are saying that former MSU star, Draymond Green, was arrested in East Lansing for assault.

According to Mlive, the East Lansing police are not confirming that Green was actually arrested.  The police chief did say that,

We did arrest a current NBA basketball player this weekend and he was arrested for assault. That's all we're confirming right now.

If it was Green, as is being reported, he will have 10 days to return to East Lansing to be arraigned.

No other details of the arrest, or incidents that lead up to it, have been made available.

Green is supposed to be representing team USA in the Olympics this summer.  There is no word on how a possible arrest will play into that.

If I had to guess what happened, I would wager that some douchy frat kid, wearing a Lebron jersey to a party at MSU decided to push Green to far.  Green is a big guy, and it probably wouldn't take much for him to "assault" a 160lb freshmen.
