Drugs Found in 2 Year Old Boy’s Jacket at Day Care Center, Father Arrested

Drugs have been found in a 2 year old boy's jacket at day care center and his father has been arrested.  We need to do better and stop putting our children in danger.  If you want to mess with drugs, do not drag your children into.

Philips Young, 27 years old, has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child after his son was caught with 48 glassines of heroin.  Unaware to the two year old boy, he was carrying drugs in his coat pockets.  The staff at the day care center found the drugs and called the police.

Patterson, New Jersery Police are investigating the situation.  Here is another situation where poor parenting needs to be corrected.  What punishment should Philips Young receive?
