Check your hamburger packaging before you get your Memorial weekend supplies!

Detroit's Wolverine Packing Company is recalling 1.8 Million pounds of ground beef because of fears that the meat may be tainted with E-Coli.

The USDA confirms that at least 11 people have fallen ill due to the contaminated meat.  The contaminated meat was sold in Michigan, along with five other states.  To see a complete list of products that are affected by the recall click here.

If you think you may have eaten some of the tainted beef, and begin to show any symptoms, it's recommended that you see a doctor as soon as possible.
