The Michigan Food, Beer, and Wine fest is this weekend, and we have some tips that will help you get the most out of your trip.

This is one of my favorite events in Genesee County all year, and for 2017 the food menu has expanded. You can check out all of the food that you can munch on by clicking below.

My favorite thing about the MI Food, Beer, & Wine Fest is that every year I find a new drink that I love. It's impossible to sample every one of the beers there. Considering that there are 100 different varieties, you'd probably be taken out on a stretcher if you tried.

The 60 different wines make it so you can taste wines from the UP to Detroit, and Port Huron to Grand Rapids, without racking up all the miles.

The festival just has a great atmosphere to it as well. With the lawn in the middle (yes it's real grass) and all of the yard games, and live entertainment. It's easy to forget you're in the Dort Federal Event Center.

To see the complete list of vendors, just visit the Mi Food, Beer, & Wine website here. If you have a favorite wine or beer that you've discovered over the years, let me know about it in the comments below.  You can grab tickets below, and I hope to see you there.
