When the tracklist for Eminem's latest album Revival was revealed, one surprise from the reveal was the lack of rap features. Aside from PHresher on the song "Chloraseptic," the rest of the album's guest appearances are made up of pop stars such as Ed Sheeran, P!nk, and Beyonce.

But during a recent interview with Shade 45, the Detroit rapper revealed that the album was supposed to feature more rappers but plans didn't work out. "The rap features, actually, there's a couple things I had in the works that ended up not working out," Eminem said, "so I ended up not being able to have any rap features, aside from PHresher doing the hook on 'Chloraseptic.'"

While it's uncertain which features Eminem had in the works, it's now known that 2 Chainz was supposed to be featured on "Chloraseptic." During an interview with This Is 50, Phresher revealed the tidbit, saying, "They were like, 'Oh you know, 2 Chainz is on the record too. Listen to his verse.' And I'm like, now we're playing."

Elsewhere in his interview, Shady discussed his collaboration with Alicia Keys, revealing they actually got to collaborate in the studio together. "And I also feel like having somebody on a song like that, to me, just made it mean more. It just felt right to me," said Em.

As for his collab with P!nk, the rapper praised the singer, calling her a rebel and saying he respects her art and music.
