Facebook Sets Social Media Record With One Billion Users

Facebook set a social media record with one billion users.  This morning Facebook become a billion strong and counting.  After reaching one billion users, it is hard to believe that no one has a Facebook account.

Don't be fooled, there are people out there who still do not have a Facebook account.  I know several people who do not have an account and they live healthy lives, socially.  I remember signing up for Facebook in college when only college students could have an account. Those were the best days.

According to ABCNews, Mark Zuckerburg posted,

If you are reading this thank you for giving me and my little team the honor of serving you,” he said with a hint of humor. “Helping a billion people connect is amazing, humbling and by far the thing I am most proud of in my life.
