A flight attendant on an America Airlines flight to Chicago flicked on the plane's public address system and told passengers the plane was going to crash.

The plane was getting ready to take off from Dallas when she gave a rambling, 15-minute speech. She said, ‘I'm not responsible for this plane crashing."

A passenger said he helped restrain the flight attendant because she was acting odd and was talking about 9/11. She told a passenger "she was bipolar," and did NOT take her meds.

The pilot got permission to return to the gate and airport police were waiting when the doors opened.

The airline said "no passengers were in danger at any time"
